A military bunker located on Vis Island, Croatia, part of the extensive network of fortifications built during the island's period as a Yugoslav military base. Vis was isolated from the outside world from the 1940s until 1991 and served as a strategic military outpost with approximately 20 km of underground tunnels, mines, caves, and storage facilities. The island's remote location in the Adriatic Sea made it an ideal site for military installations during the Cold War era.
