A military bunker located near Narvik in Nordland county, Norway. The site is part of the Atlantic Wall, the extensive system of coastal fortifications built by Nazi Germany along the coast of Western Europe during World War II. The Atlantic Wall extended from the French-Spanish border to the northern tip of Norway, incorporating thousands of concrete bunkers and gun batteries designed to defend against an Allied invasion. This particular structure is a remnant of that vast defensive network in Northern Norway.
