The Kemmelberg Command Bunker is a Cold War-era military underground facility located on the strategic Kemmelberg hill in West Flanders, Belgium. Built between 1951 and 1953 by the Belgian Army, this large bunker was constructed into the flank of the hill as the central command center for Belgium's air defense system during the height of Cold War tensions. The bunker represents a rare surviving example of Cold War military architecture in Belgium and was designed to coordinate air defense operations in response to the perceived Soviet threat during the early 1950s.

The facility served as a NATO command center for decades, housing critical communications and command infrastructure for air defense coordination. The bunker's construction reflected the strategic importance of the Kemmelberg position, which had been a key military location throughout various conflicts. After being abandoned in 1995 following the end of the Cold War, the bunker was preserved and opened to the public as a museum in 2010, offering visitors insight into Cold War military operations and the history of air defense systems in Western Europe.
