Our 8/23/2011 satellite image shows a new very large building here in the final stages of construction. It measures approximately 255x184', and appears to be fairly tall. The building is most likely the new dining hall. Especially since the old dining hall (building 267) has been demolished some time between 2016 and 2018. Google Earth imagery dated 6/28/2010 shows the previously vacant area being graded in preparation for the construction.
Construction started around 03/2011 and continued until 02/2013
