Bunker near Durrës

A military bunker located near Durrës, Albania. This structure is part of Albania's extensive Cold War-era bunker network, known as the 'bunkerisation' program, which saw the construction of hundreds of thousands of bunkers across the country between 1967 and 1986. These bunkers were built in every possible location, from beaches to city streets, as part of a national defense strategy during a period of heightened Cold War tensions.
