Description

A military bunker located near Kristiansand, Norway. The site is part of the former Movik Fort, a German-built coastal fortification constructed during World War II. The fort once housed a massive Krupp 380mm cannon, one of the largest artillery pieces in the world at the time, with a range of up to 55 kilometers. Situated in a commanding position above the Skagerrak Straits, the fortification played a strategic role in controlling access between Norway and Denmark during the war.
