A military bunker located in northern Italy, part of the extensive Alpine Wall (Vallo Alpino) defensive system constructed under Benito Mussolini's regime in the years leading up to World War II. This fortified structure was designed to protect Italy's northern frontier against potential threats from France, Switzerland, Austria, and Yugoslavia. The Alpine Wall represented a significant engineering effort, creating a continuous line of fortifications along 1,851 kilometers of Italy's mountainous northern border.
