Description

This bunker model belongs to the Regelbauten program. It was built to the strength level of Constantly(St). The model was originally designed for the army. This model belongs to the use group: Personnel bunkers.

Remarks

On the front of this model, there are 4 ventilation holes for air between the 2 entrances to the bunker. They are made in pairs on top of each other and the left set is fake. 1 meter inside the bunker, the two pipes are 'short-circuited'. At the bottom of the original drawing, the following is indicated: Munitionsberechnung: Bereitschafts-R. 21.0m² x 23 = 48.3 rd. 50 kg

Bunkerinfo

Only the Tobruk of the bunker is still visible, but it is still in good condition. The bunker is of type 621 and was a crew quarters for 12 soldiers. A total of 5 bomb-proof bunkers were built on the Beeckestijn estate, 4 of which were intended for housing and 1 as a flanking gun bunker. This bunker was of type 680 and is listed in the books as demolished. The other 4 bunkers are still present, but two of them were sunk after the war and are located deep underground. The bunkers on the estate fell under 2 resistance nests and these were W.N.104 and W.N.105
