Description

A military bunker located near Movik, Norway. During World War II, this site was fortified by German forces as part of the Atlantic Wall defenses. The fort once housed a massive Krupp 380mm cannon, one of the largest artillery pieces in the world at the time, with a range of up to 55 kilometers. The strategic location above the Skagerrak Straits made it a key defensive position controlling maritime approaches between Norway and Denmark.
